Legal Question in Family Law in California

Inter-spousal deed

my husband that i am divorcing now made me sign an inter spousal deed when we bought out house last year in august.he told me if that i didnt sign it he would not be able to get the loan we needed and would therefore be homeless and in the street.it was because i had paid child support that had ended in june of that year and the title company didnt have time to research any amounts that might be owed in the rears that they needed me to sign this paper.i recieved a letter from the county serveal months later telling me i had been released from all liens concerning this property.I asked my husband then to put my name on the home and he basically told me it was all his and that i shouldnt have trusted them(the broker and himself)and if i ever divorced him i would get nothing.what can i do about this i cannot afford an attorney.

Re: Inter-spousal deed

the house is still community property and you should get your share no matter who's name it is in as long as the house was bought with community funds.
