interspousal transfer deeds

I am in the process of divorcing. I have an interspousal transfer agreement that gave me a married man with sole property thats was signed before purchasing the home. Is the soon to be ex wife legally intitled to any monies from the houes.

If you have been using community property assets to make payments on the separate property house, then she's going to have some interest in it.
