Legal Question in Family Law in California

What am I intitled ?

I have been legally seperated for 2 years this Aug. Altho I have been seperated from my husband of 14 years for nearly 5 1/2 years. I have sole and legal custody of our 4 young children--yet I still receive no child support from him. I also never received my half of our income tax returns for the the 3 1/2 years that we were not legally seperated--What excately am I entitled to? I hadnt gotten a lawywer because I couldnt ever afford one--but now I have some money and I want to invest it wisely which seems to me would be best used in court-- Is it to late? He also owes me thousands of dollars in destoyed personal items and 5,800 dollars for using my pink slip on my car as coladeral for his personal own--which I ended up having to pay 3,800 dollars for ans a life insurance policy that i was never given my half of--which was 4,400 dollars--theres alot more too--
