intitled to pension & medical ins

what are the laws relating to what percentage of my husbands pension can i recieve after 14yrs of marriage, and can he keep me on his medical ins?

You are entitled to a percentage of pension benefits equaling the length of contribution to the plan during marriage divided by the total length of contribution.
