Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just had an investigation wrap up in a family law case here in California. The mother called the courts the day of the hearing and didn't show up. This has delayed the findings in the investigation which weigh heavy in my favor.

New information has surfaced that shows the mother is still treating the children bad and abusive. i.e. slapping, profane name calling and last night taking the cell phone from one of the kids.

How do I get this information heard in the court room. Should I file a supplemental declaration ? the case is back in court on April 19th.

A supplemental declaration would be the way to bring that new information to the court's attention. You should file and serve it as soon as possible, however, so she doesn't object to it being considered on the grounds that it was sprung on her without time to respond.
