Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am involved in a child custody case right now. We've done the mediation, returned to court and told the judge we didn't agree to what the mediator had recommended. Our temporary order states that I get my son seven days a week from noon to 5 pm. At this court hearing the mother said that she wanted our son on her days off for the entire day. So the judge now lets her have him on Sundays and Mondays. Today is Saturday and she won't let me have him saying the judge said it was up to her disgression and that she could have him on any day off she has. My question is where and how do i go about getting the court transcripts or whatever document it is that i need to show an officer that it's my day and show the judge that she is keeping my son from me?

It sounds like you are both representing yourselves. If so, you need to prepare a written order containing the terms you belive are what the judge ordered. Then you need to send that to her for her approval. If she does not approve it and send it back, you then can send it to the judge to be signed. You should visit the Family Law Facilitator in your county courthouse, for help with the details of what I just described.
