The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) serves to collect court ordered support. They are not fully equipped to delve into hidden income nor do they deal with parenting timeshare assessments that can heavily influence support determinations. You really need the help of a skilled family law attorney to dig out through discovery dad's actual cash flow available for support purposes and return to court of a support increase if justified.
