Legal Question in Family Law in California

Iv been divorced for over 9yrs my ex-wife has custody of out kids and now lives in another state. We agreed in the divorce that neither of us could live out of the state of California without consent from the other person. I have done this for her twice and now I want to live to Missouri and she won't sign permission out of spite. . What would happen if I moved anyways? Can I get around it without going to court? Keep in mind that I don't have custody of the kids and she has already moved out of the state.

If the court order directs no moving out of state without permission but this has not been followed, I recommend that you seek to have the order modified or vacated. You should consult with a family law attorney about this.
