Legal Question in Family Law in California

jail time ending

My ex husband will be released from prison in June of 2002. He's been there for 7 years. Does he still owe back child support? Child is now 16 1/2..Thanks much.

If he never modified the support order, he stills owes the support. Child support is not suspended by prison time. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
