Jailed by wifes' long absent exhusband

My wife her son and I was together for 5 wiithout any knowdlege of the where about of her ex husband.Appx. 1year ago her ex started to come around and want to get his support lowered, my wife did so, soon after he requested vistatation rights. Which my wife gave him with out a lot of thought.One day on his sched. visit he took his/oour son to the police dept. and filed a abuse complaint against me and I was arrested until future investgation and he was awarded temp. custody. Our son admittingly said that he agreeded to the story because he thought it would be better living with his weekend dad, now he see that it is not all roses he want to return home.What should I/we do to protect me from doing anymore time in jail behind a non proven statement

You need more help to the bulletin board can provide. You need to employ a criminal lawyer to handle this. I would also recommend not ever having that kid in my house again. If that cannot be avoided, make sure you�re never alone with the bowling, or better yet, just don�t be there when he is there. This is a very dangerous kid.
