Legal Question in Family Law in California

I currently don't have a job right now and I just went to court to get visitations with my daughter, and my daughters mom wants me to pay for her lawyer and attorney fees and cost, and I wont be able to afford them would I have to pay for it? I also have seizures and that's why I haven't been able to work.

You should provide to the court and your ex proof of your medical disability and that this affliction would prevent you from working.
