Joinder for grandmother rights

can a ex mother in law, who I appointed as supervisor for my ex husband, get a joinder into our divorse and sue for grandmother visitation , I have gone into remove her as supervisor, but the judge allowed her to oppose the other people I had suggested to be supervisor instead of her. the judge said she can , because she got a joinder in for the kids and property distubution. since we are all three on the deed to the house

Obviously she can. If her name in on the deed to the house she has a right to assert her right to her interest in the house. As to the grandmother rights for visitation, those rights are generally very limited. However, if she is involved in the children's lives she may be able to bet visitation. You should retain an attorney to assist you in this matter.
