Legal Question in Family Law in California

Joint custody has been agreed upon by the Father and I regarding our 2 year old son.Father will not abide by said agreement.

What rights do I have as the Mother?

Without knowing more detail concerning Father's failure to abide by the agreement, I would suggest that you file a motion to get a specific child sharing schedule that can be enforced. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

You have no rights until your agreement is turned into an order or judgment of the court. Until then you have nothing but either hot air or a meaningless piece of paper.
