Legal Question in Family Law in California

my ex and i had joint custody issued in nevada. me both moved to california. is she allowed to up and take the child back to nevada without my permission? is the court order still valid even though we both moved to california?

I would need to know more background before answering your question completely. However, the order is likely still valid. Since both of you moved to California, you should register the court order in California. Provided that your Nevada Court order does not stipulate that the parties will continue to litigate in CA, you can likely file a motion in CA to enforce or modify the Nevada order. Best of Luck.
