Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have joint legal custody and full physical custody of my 5 year old, in California. Does her father have the rite to cut her hair against my wishes?

Relax. Hair will grow back and if you do not like the haircut, let him know. If you have full physically custody, I am curious how he could find time for the haircut. Was it during visitation? It is a small issue that a court would very much like to have you to work out with him and not be bothered. If you go to court, the judge may be irritated and rule against you.

I too am curious how he could have cut the boy's hair if you have sole physical custody. Visitatation is "custody."
