Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have joint legal and physical custody of my two year old daughter. I am getting married and my soon to be husband is going into the army.. I want to be able to move with my child our of state but um concerned because of her father...we have a signed stipulation through the courts stating that i can leave but there has nt been a judgement that has been filled out yet..I am worried i cant leave my daughter behind..i need help.. Her dad doesnt want her to leavve.. he sees her every three to four days..please help me

I have no idea what a "signed stipulation through the courts" means. So there is no way to say whether you have an enforceable right to a move away or not. You need to talk to an attorney in person.
