Joint physical custody
I have two children ages 5 and 10 months and I�m looking for joint physical custody, what I want is to provide a house where that the children live and we as the parents come on our days, for example: I have the kids Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, drop off at school then the mother pick�s up and have on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday drop off at school I pickup and have on the weekend and then it rotates

You can do this. I helped a couple who decided to do this. They traded off every other week, and the swap was on Fridays after work. Every other Friday, he would go home after work. On alternating Fridays, she would go home. They even had a place to keep the bills and would leave notes for each other.
If your ex-spouse is willing to do this, it can work.
