joint tenancy
House deed states joint tenancy between wife and I. She left in Oct., I've been solely paying mortgage since then. She just filed for divorce. Can she be ordered to pay me half of the payments I've made without her?

Yes, but she can charge you back for 1/2 the fair rental value for your exclusive use -- issues that turn on facts and are in the court's discretion, so there are arguments that can be made each way.
