Legal Question in Family Law in California

Asking the judge for help

May I file my own declaration and submit it to the

Judge?

Does anyone know when the courts switched from using legal size documents to letter size?

When a ruling is made, such as on a premarital

agreement does current law or prior law determine its validity?

Is there anything that can be done about wrong or mistaken rulings other than appeal?

Re: Asking the judge for help

You may file your own declaration as long as you follow the court rules.

It does not matter but it was many, many years ago.

Depends on the ruling

You can file a motion to reconsider.
