Legal Question in Family Law in California

Judge granted me permission to move to arizonia due to military we will be reloc

I recently went to court over custody of my son i was awarded sole physical and legal custody and permission to move to arizonia we are now having to move to north carolina instead do i have to notify the court of this change?

If the court order only allows you to go to Arizona, then you would need to go back to court to get it modified to move to N.C. I'm sure the court would approve that.

However, if you can get the other parent's agreement for you to move to N.C., you wouldn't need another court hearing.
