Legal Question in Family Law in California

If a judge makes an order, and the opposing atty does not file the Findings & Order after hearing as he was asked to. Is the order enforcable prior to the filing?

In the San Diego County courts the court will sign a wage assignment for child and spousal support, however, the other forms of enforcement are generally not enforceable. You may wish to have your prepare the order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
