Legal Question in Family Law in California

What can I do with a Judge' mistake

my Xwife filed the devorcecase on Dec.1999.during the separation period my x-wife and I both signed a devorce agreement. the agreement was notarized and also been executed. somehow my x-wife went to the court to filed a dismissto the devorce case on oct.2002. but on nov.2002 I received court's devorce judgement. I thought Iam devorse.I remarried on May 2003. But my x-wife filed again to the court to require the dismissed case. On june 2003 the court Judge said my X-wife's dismissal is valid. Now I have two legal wives.Of course I still want to devorce with my X-wife, but I think it is not fair to me that I have to spend more time and money to get the devorce judgement because of the Judge's mistake. Could any body tell me what should I do? Could anybody help me out in this case?

There is no "judges mistake". If I understand you correctly, your ex-wife dismissed the case. There has to be a decree of dissolution. If none, then, you are still married to her and are now commiting bigamy, which is illegal. You should immediately hire an attorney to rectify this problem. I am available to discuss it in detail with you. Please contact me at 1(800)76-JUSTICE or legaladvicenetwork.com. Thanks for inquiring.
