Legal Question in Family Law in California
The judge ordered professional supervised visitations, I got a professional that would do it and had it set up, The mom for some reason does not agree to have the visit at my residence cause I live with my parents can she decide were I can see my child? The court never stated or filed any of that, should I see my child under her circumstances?

Supervised visitations are usually at approved centers. There is usually a list of approved centers which attorneys in your area agree to use. You should check the order for the type of supervised visitationa nd whether there is a specific place the court ordered. If in doubt I would not anger the other side with unilateral order breakages.
For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
