judge ordered social services change therapist
judge ordered child protective services to change therapist of child in group home the court will pay for outside for outside therapist, does child protective services have right to deny this request

Social services just as everyone else the court has jurisdiction over, must follow court orders. It is possible that social services could not comply with the court order. However, the failure of social services to follow the court order should be brought to the attention of the court. Your attorney should do this. However, if the attorney does not then tell the court that you have not been informed of the name and address of the outside therapist. Do not call social services names or make any derogatory comments about social services.
