Legal Question in Family Law in California

Judge recently released judgement of a custody case after 2 years, one parent now gets tentative custody still under court appointed Family Therapist program until visitation is established. The parent that moved out of state immediately filed to move the entire case to Texas , it will be opposed, will the hearing take place in Texas or California. Things are just being wrapped up and we are back to a new case once again...with 2 parents living in diffirent states.

The hearing will take place in California. It depends in which state the case was filed.
