Legal Question in Family Law in California

A judge told my ex to complete specific tasks by way of court orders and warned her that if she did not complete them i would be awarded the custody arrangment that im asking for. she didnt do what she was told. has there been many instances where judges change their mind on their word from the last time he issued orders?

Mediation wants her to do all kinds of additional courses but doesnt reflect the judges feeling of changing custody due to her missing so many court appointed classes

When you return to court you should be armed with the court order that specifically outlines what your ex was required to do and the courts directives about awarding you custody. If you do not have all this information in your order and the judge ruled on these things in court, get a copy of the court transcript so you can provide the transcript to your ex and the judge at your next hearing.
