Legal Question in Family Law in California
Judgement form family law 180
i filed my judgenment forms and were returned to me because i didn't fill them out right. I filled out my form 180(judgement/family law) as best as i could but when it was returned to me, the clerk put check mars on items that needed to be filled out which were the items #2, #3 and #4 below the big boxed area wher i am supposed to fill out(which i did). the items that they want me to anwers looked to me like these are questions for the court to fill out. the last time i went to court to get copies of some paperwork i prreviously filed, i asked the clerk at the window how to answer the judgement form questions and she told me, ''i don't have any idea''.
Furthermore, the return sheet indicated that my filed judgement forms lacks FC 2104. To my knowledge, FC 2104 is the Preliminary disclosure which I am not supposed to file with court.
Please help me. i am at a loss and really need to get this divorce(uncontested) done. I am one of those who cannot afford a lawyer.
Thank you for your help.

You will have to take your papers to the family law clinic to get help on these questions. The answer will depend upon the particular facts of your case. The amount of information required is too extensive for this forum.
