How long does a lawyer have to file a judgement with the court after the decision has been rendered?

Generally there are no time limits for filing the judgment. Local court rules may give some guidelines, but nothing is set in concrete. Each side has a right to file the judgment obtained, so effect, both parties could be a fault for not filing the judgment. Good Luck
