Legal Question in Family Law in California

Judicial Custody Conference & Subpeonas, LD kid

I'm in Pro Per, I know you all will say I need an attorney. My oldest is 18 and the second is 16. They haven't lived with Father for 1 year. Now that he has to pay support, he wants custody back. I just received a notice of JCC and want to know if I'm supposed to Subpeona my witnesses or if that is for a trail.

Also, if one of the offspring is Learning Disabled per California 504, does support still stop at 18 or does it continue longer?

Thank you very much for your insight.

A JCC in Santa Clara County is a conference with the judge which the parents and their attorneys attempt to settle the custody and visitation issues. Witnesses would not be present for such a conference. Check the local court rules for a definition of JCC.
