Jurisdiction/Venue change

I filed and received a divorce from LA county. It has been final for just over a year. There was no child support order issued at that time. I currently live in Moreno Valley and would like to request child support and get needed restraining orders, how do I change counties? Can I just file an OSC in Riverside because it has been so long, or do I have to ask for a change of venue in LA first?

you have to file in LA if the other parent is still in LA
