Justification of child Support

My husband currently pays $2,000 a month for 3 children. His ex-wife does not work and now has a 2 yr old son with her currently soon to be ex-husband. We have informed that she has received eviction notices and her telehpone is being disconnected. It is obvious that his child support payments are being used for her next divorce and the living expense of her and her son. What can we do to make sure our child support payments are being used for our children.

Nothing she does not have to account to him or anyone else on how she spends the child support.

This may be the time to request a change of custody, as she is providing an unstable environment for the children.

You should contact a local family law attorney and discuss the facts with that attorney.
