Legal Question in Family Law in California

how can they justify this???

how can calif.(or any other state)justify the lose of my home and the destitution of my family, in the name of child support? I make $1083.00 a month my bills every month come to about $993.00 a month and calif. wants $217.00 a month. who in this or any other world thinks this is fair?? I have 2 bio. children and a wife.

help, someone, please!!!

Where was the original decree of child support entered? Based on your income, you may be able to reduce the amount of child support. Generally, to do that, however, you have to seek a modification through the court that originally entered the decree of support. If the original child support was entered in California, you need to speak to a California attorney.
