Legal Question in Family Law in California

Need help keeping my daughter away from perv. grandpa

I am going through a child custody case and my daughter was sexually assaulted by her grandpa (paternal) C.F.S. was involved and said she was never to step foot in the grandparents home again now her father is taking our custody case to trial in the county court and I don't have a clue how to prepare his family has money and will pay for P.I.'s and a lawyer I can't afford it. I am a single mother of 2 who doesn't really get any child support he takes home nearly $3000 a month but claims minimum wage cause he works for his mom's business. I just wanna protect my daughter from getting hurt again. The grandpa left to mexico and last time we went to court the judge did a search on his name it came back that he had been in MX since 12/06 we found out 01/07 and the police spoke with him in person on 01/11/07 and I know I have seen him back since he left to MX on 01/12/07 but he returns illegally. I need help I don't know where to even start preparing

Contact an attorney and explain the situation. You maybe able to get a court order that he pay your attorney fees. Also carry a camera with you and take his picture if you see him.
