Legal Question in Family Law in California

can he kick me out?

i have lived with my boyfriend for three years. He owns the house, and we have never had any written rental agreement, although I pay half of the bills. He threatens to kick me out all the time, and i need to know if this is legal if he does it. what options do i have? i am disabled.

You need to tell him you will move out unless he marries you (set a date). Then do it. Read the book, "He's Not That Into You." See a lawyer.
