can i kick my wife out of my house in CA? wer'e not divorced and have been married for over one year.

Not without filing for divorce and a motion for sole posession of the marital home, or getting a domestic violence restraining order against her.

"Kick" is such a harsh word. You can ask her to leave, but if she refuses, the only way is with a residence exclusion order pursuant to the Domestic Violence Prevention Act (DVPA). There is no such thing as a motion for sole possession of the home.
