Legal Question in Family Law in California

is this kidnapping?

although no judical decision has been made my granddaugheter lives with her mother. She allowed the other gramma to have her for the weekend to visit her and the father. Last night they wouldnt let my daughter have the 2 yr old back, wouldnt say where the child was, andaare keeping the child from her. Is this kidnapping?

Contact an attorney and take immediate action to obtain the return of the child. The longer you wait the more difficult it will be to get her back.
