i need to know how old do a kids need to be before he or she can say who they want to live with. because i want to move to an other state and she don't want to they why i need to know

The court will consider the children's preferences but not necessiarliy consent to them. The court will hear a child as young as seven but give more weight to their opinion after the age of 14. Call me directly at 6192223504.
