Legal Question in Family Law in California

kids and getting married and moving out of country

I live in California and I plan on getting married and moving to the UK. I have 3 kids with 2 different fathers. My question is....is it better to get married and settled in the UK without the kids and then file for sole custody of my kids or should I wait and stay in California and fight for sole custody?

I don't advise that you leave the children here and attempt to get custody later. Establishing a status quo with the children with someone else is dangerous. You should obtain an order for custody and for the move before you go.
