i have kids from past relationship which i have a child support order if i get married can child support go after my new wifes wages

No, child support amount is based upon your income, not your new wife's income.

Mr. Tuann is correct as far as calculation of support. It is based on your income alone (though her income is included in the calculation of tax deductions, tax rate, etc.) If you are in arrears, however, they can go after funds in any joint account as well as accounts in your own name alone. So keep current or keep her income in an account that is only in her name.

To keep from being levied, she needs to have her income placed into an accout in her name only, for which you do not have withdrawal rights to.
