for the kids sake
I am a x-felon 7 years .off parole now 3 years at the same job now a supervisor. x very abusive demandedchild support to see my 3 kids. nevermissed in 3 years had kids every weekend paid $600.00 a month. My Beloved Mom helped stayed with her on 8-10-04 my mom left to heaven she lived in senior housing had to move went on disability took hard i am the baby.i was only able to get 1/2 child support, have not seen my kids since 8-10-04 have order.at home filed them.police called showed papers filed.my surprise police showed me small letters ''upon fathers discreion district att they garnashed my wages. court is on 10-19-04 and mediation on 10-13-04 scared i think they(new wife and x will have a big attorney?I cannot afford on? 40 voice mails documenred everything. want to be ready. they are really messing wth my kidshead?can i request the kids be talked to? can i submit the tape wth the threats,yelling declartion the abuse? where can I go to learn what i should and should not do ? the only thing that they care for is money.pictures for proof My x and his new wife owned a big adult service. worked 4them.paid1000.00 c/s tips i kept 180.00agefee i arrested prostitution x new wife arrested 2wks later? i same job 3 yrs.can i use picture

I don't fully understand what is going on and I suggest you call us at 562/601-8133 and ask for Pam - or call any other competent family law attorney.
Based upon your question, I believe you should have representation at the court hearings. Perhaps you can retain an attorney with a small retainer of say $1,500.00 and request that the other party reimburse you for your attorney's fees and pay all further fees.
You should make everything available to the court which is helpful to your case - with the proviso, of course, that such information was legitimately procured.
