Legal Question in Family Law in California

my kids have been taken

ok i was separated 6 months ago i have had my kids most of the time my ex and i had an agreement that he gets the girls on his days off and the last time he had them he kept them and will not let me see or talk to them and officer has told me that he has been advised that the kids can be considered in danger if left un supervised with me because he called the cops and told them i was sleeping with a 16 year old no charges have been filed against me and i am told it is an open investigation i put in paper to the court for disollusion of marriage and joint custody but i need to know what my rights are and what i can do about seeing my kids before the march 17th court date

If you are sleeping with a 16 year old you and your children are in danger.
