Kids sharing a room

My ex moved in her girlfriend and her son who is 5. Since she has custody of our 7-year old daughter the kids now share a room. Is this legal in California?

You should consult with the family law faciliator in your local court house. You may be able to file for a motion to modify custody and get full custody of your children.
