Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have two kids 13, and 15 they are being treated bad at their fathers, so on their visit with me i kept them and they called the cops and they want to file kid napping charges on me can they do that?their is also no custody court order...

No. If there is no custody order there can be no parental kidnapping charge.
