my ex has the kids on vacation I found out he is working and leaving the kids with his girlfriend whom I do not know is this allowed?

If your parenting orders do not specifically prohibit this conduct, this behavior is not in violation of a court order. You should meet with an experienced family law attorney in an office consultation to review your current orders and see if they need modification.
