Legal Question in Family Law in California

KOREAN child support issue

I have 13year old daughter .

14 years ago during my contracted tour in Korea , married A Korean National , we divorsed 5years after I returned to the US w/ my daughter. I have always provided failrly well . But resently I have been strugling fiancially. I need some help, I have never asked him for dime and He has never offered .

There has been no contact with him since I left Korea in 1998 .

I am not sure of his address

but I know the town he lives in .

HOW CAN I LOCATE HIM ? (s.korea)

WHAT CAN I DO TO LEGALLLY GET HIM TO HELP ME ? PLEASE!
