Legal Question in Family Law in California

I need to kow what to do about exs actions
Well I think I missed a court hearing on my divorce but Inever recieved papers on it. I am not on my daughters birth cert.(long story) but I am her biological father and my ex-wife stated on the divorce summons that we had no children .And now she is not letting me have visitation wit our daughter . stateing that she is the only legal parent of or daughter when I have raised and supported her from birth she is 13.and now my daughter is saying she is in an abusive home mental and verbal and my ex is so involved with her friends and new boy friend that she is neglecting our daughter. she has custody! so sice I am unemployed what can I do to get visitation and/or custody of my daughter? my ex said she didnt put daughter on divorce papers to save me from court appointed child support!but now she is playing games with our daughter and I! thank you for your time and help in this matter .

You'll have no rights whatsoever with respect to this child unless you go to court and establish paternity and get a court order for visitation.
