Legal Question in Family Law in California

LA County Child Support false claim enforcement

In 1998 I received a summons/court paperwork for a child support

claim for which I am NOT the father/parent or guardian of the child.

My lawyer at the time (who I can no longer reach or find) filed the

paperwork disputing the claim. I then took a blood test at the

Bureau of Family Support offices to prove my case. They later said

that the child couldn't be found to administer the other blood test,

so the matter was closed. A few months ago I started getting

income verification letters from the Child Support Services Dept.

for the same case number.

What can I do to get this to rectified and TOTALLY cleared up once

and for all?

Have an attorney review the file and determine the results of the DNA test if the child was located and a sample taken. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504, I will be in Santa Monica tommorrow.
