Lack of Consent to Travel Abroad

I have joint legal, sole physical custody. I wish to take my kids 9 and 16 on a trip to mexico for 7 days. Childs father is giving resistance to signing consent form. Do I have any legal resource?

If father won't consent to the trip, your only recourse would be to file a motion with the court requesting a court order allowing the trip.

The reason for the trip would be a factor that the copurt would consider.
