Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex got laid off and collecting unemployment since last September. He filed modification in January and new court oder turned out about as same amount as his unemployment check. (because spousal support agreement was non-modifiable for any circumstances)

He's paying less than 1/2 of amount and living with his girlfriend who makes $90,000/yr and seems like he is not getting a job. Am I entitled to collect full amount of support? He is behind even before he got laid off.

You should affirm the support arrearage he owed you before he filed the reduction motion and at the same time request a seek work order requiring him to provide proof on a regular basis of his efforts to get a new job.
