Legal Question in Family Law in California

Lawsuit settlement community property?

I live in California, and my divorce has been final for just over a year. I recently learned that my ex recieved a settlement in the amount of $20,000+ for a class action lawsuit at her work. The settlement was for unpaid overtime. The overtime was worked during the time we were married, the settlement was recieved after our date of seperation, but before our divorce was finalized.

Am I entitled to half of that settlement as community property?
